About Me

Brandice Daniel is a trailblazing entrepreneur and thought leader reshaping the fashion industry through her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As the founder and CEO of Harlem’s Fashion Row (HFR), Brandice has built a globally recognized platform that uplifts designers of color, forging impactful partnerships with brands like LVMH, Nike, Gap, and Hugo Boss. Notably, she spearheaded the creation of the Nike x HFR LeBron 16 sneakers, a collaboration that sold out in minutes and set a new benchmark for cultural relevance in fashion.

In 2020, Brandice expanded her mission by founding ICON 360, a nonprofit that has raised over $2 million, including a historic donation from Vogue and the CFDA, to fund and support designers of color. ICON 360 also partners with HBCU fashion departments, providing scholarships, mentorship programs, and opportunities to bridge the gap between education and the fashion industry.

Brandice’s influence and innovation have earned her a place on the prestigious BoF 500 list, along with accolades such as the Adcolor Innovator Award, the FNAA Achievement Award, and the FIT Alumni of the Year Award. As a trusted advisor to retail CEOs and creative directors, she continues to shape strategies that align cultural relevance with business success.

Her work has garnered widespread recognition, with features in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Harper’s Bazaar, Good Morning America, and Vogue.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Brandice is a proud wife and mother, seamlessly balancing her personal and professional life.
